Our Leadership

Guided by Faith. Led With Heart.

Strong leadership shapes the direction of a church family, and at Christ Temple Fellowship, our leaders serve with sincerity, patience, and genuine care for people. Their focus is steady and clear: teach the Word, live the Word, and help others walk with Christ with confidence.

Our leadership team pours into this ministry with purpose. They listen, pray, support, and demonstrate what it means to follow Jesus practically. Their commitment touches every part of the church, including worship, outreach, and spiritual care.

When you spend time with our pastor and ministry leaders, you’ll notice their openness. They are approachable, consistent, and ready to help people grow. Their leadership style reflects compassion, humility, and a desire to see lives strengthened through faith.

Our leaders are here to pray with you, guide you, and support your walk with Christ.

What Leadership Means to Us

Leadership at Christ Temple Fellowship is rooted in service. It begins with listening, offering clarity in guidance, and walking with people through both challenges and celebrations. Authentic leadership is steady, sincere, and focused on helping others grow in their walk with God.

Our pastor and ministry leaders take time to know the people they serve. They pray with individuals, support families, and help believers develop spiritually at a pace that feels real and attainable. They understand that every person carries their own story, and they work to ensure everyone feels seen, valued, and supported.

To us, leadership includes:

  • Guiding people through Scripture so they can apply it to daily life
  • Encouraging sincere worship that brings people closer to God
  • Helping individuals discover their gifts and use them with confidence
  • Creating a supportive environment where spiritual maturity can grow
  • Building strong community connections that reflect God’s love

A title does not define leadership. It is shown through humility, compassion, and a steady commitment to follow God’s direction while serving His people with sincerity.

Ministry Leaders Who Walk With You

Christ Temple Fellowship is supported by dedicated ministry leaders who help guide every part of church life. They work alongside our pastor to coordinate ministry efforts, encourage spiritual growth, and keep the church moving forward with unity and purpose. Each leader brings their own strengths, personality, and testimony to the work they do.

Our ministry leaders serve through prayer, discipleship, worship, outreach, youth programs, and community support. They give their time with sincerity, helping the church function smoothly while reaching people with encouragement and truth.

They lead by example, showing kindness and respect to every person who connects with our ministry. Their commitment touches families, young adults, seniors, and children, creating a welcoming environment for all.

Their purpose is simple. Help people grow in faith and feel connected to a church family that cares.

Why We Value Team Leadership

Church leadership grows stronger when people work together. At Christ Temple Fellowship, our pastor, administrator, and ministry leaders operate as a unified team. They share ideas, pray together, support one another, and remain committed to the mission God has given our church.

This unity creates a steady foundation for spiritual growth. It ensures that every person who joins the church receives guidance, encouragement, and a sense of belonging. No one carries the responsibility alone. Our leadership team stands together, ready to serve with consistency, care, and purpose.

We believe this spirit reflects the heart of the early church: believers who supported one another, faithfully taught the gospel, and worked together to strengthen their communities. That same spirit continues to shape our leadership today.

Whether you are attending your first service or exploring ways to serve, our leaders are here to walk with you and help you grow in your faith.
